Exiting Tanjong Pagar MRT, turn left and head up to the ground level. From Cheers, find and walks towards the Chinese temple (Seng Wong Beo temple). Find Icon Village and walk through the airconditioned walkway, exiting out into a little street with a Cing Tea. Turn left and walk past the dental centre.
The lobby to Lian Huat Building is directly opposite the entrance to 100 AM.
Head up the lifts to the seventh floor, and #07-03 is the first unit you see.
